Zentalis partnered with Xpertech to transform its research and analytics capabilities by migrating critical infrastructure and scientific applications to AWS. Xpertech implemented a HIPAA-ready AWS Landing Zone secured with automated guardrails, encryption, identity governance, and continuous compliance monitoring.

The engagement included the migration of diverse workloads such as the Studylog research platform, compute clusters, storage systems, and containerized services. Xpertech also delivered a modern data lake architecture using AWS Glue, S3, Athena, and SageMaker to enable large-scale analytics and machine learning.

With its new AWS-native platform, Zentalis can now run ML workloads on genetic sequencing data, automate data transformations, and accelerate research timelines in a secure, scalable, and regulated cloud environment.
