Our AWS Migration Services are delivered using the proven AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) methodology, which follows a structured three-phase framework: Assess, Mobilize, and Migrate & Modernize. This approach reduces migration risk, establishes strong security and governance foundations, and accelerates business outcomes through cloud adoption.

Why MAP-Aligned Migration

The AWS MAP framework provides a disciplined, outcome-driven approach to large-scale cloud migration. It enables organizations to build a data-backed business case, establish a secure and compliant landing zone, and execute migrations at scale using a factory-based delivery model. Our MAP-aligned services ensure that customers achieve predictable costs, improved resilience, accelerated innovation, and measurable business value.

Phase 1 – Assess: Business Case & Readiness

In the Assess phase, we evaluate the customer’s current environment and develop a financial and technical foundation for migration. This phase includes application and infrastructure discovery, dependency mapping, right-sizing and right-pricing analysis using AWS cost tools, organizational readiness assessment, and development of a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and business value analysis. The primary outcome of this phase is a MAP-style assessment report containing the business case, migration strategy, and prioritized migration roadmap.

Phase 2 – Mobilize: Foundation, Landing Zone & Governance

The Mobilize phase establishes the operational and security foundation required for large-scale migrations. This includes deployment of a secure, multi-account AWS Landing Zone, identity and access management, network connectivity, logging and monitoring, backup and disaster recovery patterns, and compliance controls aligned with frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST, and CIS. Migration governance, wave planning, operating model design, and tooling for migration execution are also finalized during this phase.

Phase 3 – Migrate & Modernize: Execution at Scale

In the Migrate & Modernize phase, workloads are migrated using a wave-based factory model. Applications and data platforms are transitioned using rehost, replatform, refactor, and retire strategies. Targeted modernization is applied using managed and serverless AWS services where it delivers measurable business value. This phase includes migration execution, cutover management, hypercare support, and transition to steady-state operations.
